First of all, he is a very polite craftsman. He does his work quickly and punctually. A more suitable option was proposed to solve the problem, after the work was done, the problem disappeared (condensation was dripping through the hood onto the hob). Another problem was also noticed, filmed, definitely not to get additional work, everything was explained, another craftsman confirmed that the problem existed, and it was not visible until he climbed onto the roof. The contact was saved for the future if necessary.
