I would like to share my experience installing a solar power plant with this company. At the initial stage, we planned a power plant with a capacity of up to ~14 kW, but we decided to install a little more than 10 kW for the beginning, leaving the possibility of easily expanding the system in the future. For this, a more powerful inverter was immediately chosen and the entire infrastructure was prepared for additional panels, because it was understood that this would allow us to increase the power of the power plant in the future without much difficulty. Unfortunately, it later turned out that even adding just a few additional panels required a new project, hiring an installation crew and incurring almost €1,900 in costs. This was quite unexpected, because such important procedural aspects were not discussed during the installation. With all the information in advance, decisions regarding the size and configuration of the power plant would most likely have been made differently. Even more disappointing was the communication when trying to clarify the situation. Instead of a detailed and constructive explanation, the impression was that questions about the logic of the decision or pricing were not very welcome. In the energy sector, where decisions are often made decades in advance, professional advice and clear presentation of information are no less important than the equipment itself. In conclusion, the technical solution may work, but the quality of advice and communication with the client, unfortunately, left the impression that important information sometimes only becomes apparent when it can no longer be changed. I hope that in the future this company will pay more attention to transparency, detailed advice and more respectful communication with clients - because this is what builds real trust.

Incompetent service and complete indifference to customer problems - avoid this company! We are extremely disappointed with VEESLA's services and I sincerely recommend that everyone bypass it. For more than half a year we have been trying to prove the failure of the solar power equipment. Although we finally managed to prove it only after calling an independent electrical engineer, the company completely refuses to take any action: no one offers to repair the failure or compensate for the losses incurred. They just keep thinking, will they check something.... and what do we need to check? We ourselves catch workers on the road who came to the neighbors for installation work, or we call technicians for expansion. However, it is impossible to call them due to the failure. They simulate arrivals, claiming that no one is at home, although the children are on vacation, and we work from home, and 95% of us are at home, and the street is being filmed. Due to this critical situation, we constantly lose the solar energy produced, which directly leads to significantly increased electricity bills. Financial losses are growing every day, and VEESLA shows complete indifference and ignores our claims. Absolutely unprofessional attitude towards customers and quality of service. If you do not want to face long-term problems, large losses and complete lack of responsibility, choose another service provider.
