I have been using this platform for over eight years, but every year it gets worse. My final comments are: the app keeps disconnecting me, and then I get kicked out of my account. You are chatting with people, and five minutes later you want to join the same chat again and reply – but you can’t log in. You re-enter all your details, but you get an error message that you can’t log in. It’s also impossible to contact the customer service center. It’s just really disappointing that so much money is being paid for advertising, and the quality of the service and customer service are completely unsatisfactory.
