Ordered, fixed until everything was completely fixed. Arrived quickly, the same day I called, and fixed what really needed to be done. Closed a critically open window that I couldn't close, and after 2 days he fixed it with a colleague.

I would like to share a positive experience, but unfortunately I don’t have one. During the window measurement, the communication was polite, but that was the end of the constructive communication. The contract signed during the measurement stated that all work would be completed by September 15. The craftsman himself emphasized that the deadline included a week’s reserve so that everything would be completed on time. However, September 15 came and went – ​​no news, although the advance payment had already been paid. To find out what was happening, we had to call ourselves several times and clarify the installation date. The work was finally completed almost a month later. When the craftsmen arrived, we made comments about the delay and lack of preparation (the craftsmen did not have any protective coatings for the environment in which they were working), but instead of a simple apology, the manager reacted aggressively: he was indignant that “the mood has been being reproached and spoiled since the very morning”. During the work, tools were thrown on the ground, the environment was treated unsafely. If we hadn't laid the floor ourselves, the parquet would have been damaged. After the work, the room was left untidy, the old window was only removed the next day. I would also like to mention that the publicly expressed opinions of the master about the clients' housing, especially when using obscene words ("s*s"), do not really add to professionalism - although the manager himself constantly emphasized his "high quality of work and professionalism". Unfortunately, after the so-called "professional work", I still had to repair the upper part of the window myself.

This is the second time I have invited Vytautas to clean windows, and each time I am impressed not only by his professionalism, but also by his humanity. The work is done with 1000% quality - carefully, responsibly and with love for what he does. It is very good to see a person who knows his job down to the smallest detail, and at the same time radiates warmth and simplicity. A true master in his field.
