I went to this store today with my visiting brother to pick out some power tools generously funded by him. I've never had problems with Depo before for the most part - but maybe because I had previously only gone to the one in Siauliai. At any rate, all was going like any normal retail experience up until we checked out, with him having just paid for and waiting for me to purchase my one item - when a slimey security guard just strolls up out of nowhere to stand right by him and officiously inspect one of the items he just paid for. No words exchanged, then just slinks off back to his hole in the wall. There was zero reason for this to have happened - we had no bags on us, we did not act out or anything else while shopping, and of course there was no issue with the payment. The only apparent problem, though, as it ever is in this part of the world, was we aren't white. Needless to say, I'll be taking all of my house remodelling needs elsewhere from now on - and with any luck, Mr. Triple-K will be out of a job soon.
I am having an awful experience with this shop. I ordered a shower cabin in total now 4 times ( 4 different shower cabins), staff doesnt contact me instead they call the person to whom item is being delivered (my elderly mother), saying each option i have selected is out of stock and display unit is damaged. Very unprofessional that i am kept in the dark even though i am the one ordering and paying for the item.
Good store. Easy to find, big comfortable parking, two entrances. Very friendly and helpful staff. Guy with fork lift, in construction unit have assisted me, to find glue bag at first request. Girl in fixing unit helped to find some tiny screws. Quick and comfortable check out. Good prices. I have met here professionals. Recommend.
This hardware store is huge and has even a food department. Big parking lot, good service.
