Six work places, and one employee working. We had to wait an hour and a half until we got our turn. After almost 1 hour, another employee appeared at that work place with a cup of coffee. The customer service establishment makes customers wait for a long time and does not yet have a WC for customers. P.S. The employee serving was nice.
