Truck loading tragedy.
DO NOT ORDER parquet boards from UAB Elitėja. More than half of the parquet boards bounced. They made us poor-quality parquet boards. They tried to repair them once, replaced several parquet boards. Since the problem was not completely resolved, we tried to contact them, talk in a friendly manner, they promised to fix everything many times, and so on for three years. The company's employees fed us with promises, then completely ignored us. They did not issue a VAT invoice or payment documents at the time of purchase. UAB Elitėja does not respond to either a written personal or a lawyer's request to provide a VAT invoice for the purchased parquet boards and payment documents and to resolve the problem.
The parquet is defective. They don't fix the defect, they constantly lie, and they've been feeding me with promises for 4 years.
