They advertise that they work 24/7, but at 9pm, when I called to unlock the door, the answer was: I've already finished work, I can come to help you only in the morning (like sleep in the stairwell, outside the door, overnight), so rating=0.

Good day, this person lacks culture!!! When I brought two umbrellas for repair, the master inspected them and identified the faults and was preparing to accept them for repair, but when I asked myself what the faults were, I got the answer: "what, you don't trust the master?" and refused to repair, claiming that he didn't have the details!!! P.S. I think he wanted to cheat!!!
