I don't recommend hiring a fireplace installer from Vilpra... not only did they install it poorly, but they installed it so badly that I can't even put firewood in it without smoke
We bought radiators from Vilpra almost 5 years ago. It had a leak. According to the agreement, they arrived on the scheduled day and replaced the radiator. The men who arrived worked cleanly, neatly, and communicated well and respectfully. Very good impression. I recommend!

In the Panevėžys store Vilpra on March 28, 2019, while exchanging an item, I encountered very rude behavior from the managers. I will never go to that store again in my life.
Very good Vilpra branch. You can find everything from gas and solid fuel boilers to various bathroom plumbing. Manager Marius and Teresė explained very clearly and kindly. Installer Romas and his colleague did a great job, Aidas and his colleague installed the chimney brilliantly. Only the heating equipment adjuster Ruslanas could communicate more politely with the higher-ups. So far, we are satisfied with the goods and work.
