Disrespect to the client, I do not advise anyone to go there. And refuse their services as soon as possible!!!
I have never encountered worse customer service.. We called interested in viewing an apartment for an urgent purchase, and the agent told us that we first had to come to the agency to explain why we were interested in the apartment, so as not to have to walk around unnecessarily. Complete refusal to provide any information and absolute unprofessionalism. We felt guilty for being interested in the object! No wonder the agent refused to introduce himself by name ;) Dear agency, please pay attention to your agent's phone number +37067000608- urgent training in communicating with people is needed.
