I do not recommend dealing with this company. The purchased housing was presented as suitable for living, but at the time when we were supposed to sign a notarial contract, Darius Normantas and his henchman took away things without any warning (although it was agreed that the things they wanted to take away would be indicated at the notary's office and they would do it next week when the new owners were present), they destroyed the entire apartment (they dismantled kitchen cabinets, shook out things, broke furniture, unscrewed water filters, which cost about 10-15 euros) and finally left their belongings on the table. Although they said that they would take out photos and documents of minor children from the apartment, they did not do this. Inadequate people who are best avoided from afar.
