Sharashkin's office sells apartments, but it is impossible to agree on an inspection, after agreement is reached, they ask to buy the apartment in cash, raise the price, and eventually delete the ad.
Very incompetent employees, and some kind of chaos and misunderstanding in the agency. We agreed to inspect the house 2 times. The first time the broker confirmed that he would come and show the house. The date and time were agreed upon - unfortunately, upon arrival at the place we could only kiss the door. In short - it was not enough that we sacrificed half a day to drive back and forth, and of course we burned fuel for no reason, we did not receive an apology or a call back. The phone was not picked up for even 2 weeks!!! After 2 weeks, when we managed to call again, another date was agreed upon with the broker (we thought humanly - maybe an accident happened or someone just got sick).. of course, the situation repeated itself a second time. The date and time were agreed upon again, I asked if I should call the person in charge again and check if the plans would change, he promised that nothing would change and he would contact us that day. Unfortunately, we didn't get a call back. The experience was very bad, we definitely won't choose this agency, and I don't recommend it to others. I hope the agency takes a more responsible approach to its work, because no one will contact us with this attitude anymore. :)
