Alvydas built me a house near Panevėžys in 2008-2009. Very carefully. So far, over ten years now - no problems - no damp, no walls cracking or anything like that. Excellent approach to work, good communication - we agreed on all sorts of issues. I definitely recommend it. I plan to build an outbuilding - I will have to ask again.
