Smart Five

The windows are great, I have no complaints. But in no case do not choose the installer Jonas who works with the company. You should look for such an unscrupulous person, and the person is already in his twenties. When I called Smart Five, the price was 30€ per sq m, and when I called Jonas, it was already 35€ per sq m! They installed windows for me for 13.5 sq m = 529€ and that's after recalculation, because they asked for 600€! And it turns out I was cheated anyway!

A product was ordered from this company. They said that production and delivery would take 2-3 weeks, we waited 5 weeks and nothing - after calling, they started looking for someone and how. It was ordered with installation work - there was no installer, the courier brought it, left it, we had to look for an installer from another city. There were MISSING parts (the product was new), it was impossible to install, the company did not completely resolve the situation. The manager was nice at first, responded, until the advance payment (~500€) was received, and after that, the communication ended... I DO NOT RECOMMEND

When placing an order in the online store for the second time, they neither confirm nor respond. The delivery fee for the first order was 10 euros, but if you want to order a second time by phone, the delivery fee is already 30 euros. The woman is struggling to get by, even talking. It's better to look for goods elsewhere.
