My Samsung TV broke down, so I took it to this service. They immediately charged €50 for troubleshooting. After the problem was fixed, I had to pay an additional €250. The repair cost was about 80% of the TV's value, I tried to negotiate, but the price was not reduced. I paid €300 in total. About a month later, the TV broke down again, so I took it to the service again. A few days later, I was informed that the screen had been fixed and that repairs would no longer be carried out. I was also told that the corner of the TV's casing was damaged. I had brought the TV with an intact casing. When I arrived to pick it up, I saw that the corner was badly damaged. The service stated that I had brought such a TV, although I disagree with this. The experience was disappointing - expensive repair, short-term results and an unpleasant situation due to the damage that occurred. I recommend that other customers carefully assess the risks and record its condition before leaving the device
