They did the architectural part very well, answered questions well and quickly. Very beautiful house designs. The problem was the structural part. Comparing what I received with the neighbors - their structural drawings were more understandable and detailed. In the neighbors' drawings, everything was as expected, but here a lot of things raised questions. The structural part could have been made simpler without losing strength and saving.
