I chose this company to install an air-to-water heat pump in my house and, unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. Just a few months after the installation, it turned out that the connection work was done incorrectly. As a result, I had to try for a long time and persistently to get the company to come and fix their mistakes. The craftsmen who arrived only partially repaired the defects - they did not complete the work completely. What surprised me even more was that I later received an invoice for repairing their own defect. In my opinion, this shows a lack of responsibility for the work performed and disrespect for the customer. The invoice was later canceled, but they never came to complete the work. I recommend that you think very carefully before choosing this company. My experience has shown that quality control and post-installation service are a serious problem here.
