Very pleasant service. A little small selection, but I still found what I needed. There are discounts, quality products. (In most cases, tiles need to be ordered) I recommend!
I am glad that fate brought me together with sales manager Alvina, who works at Šiauliai "Iris". Tact, patience, attention, advice... everything a client needs who is unable to decide or choose products according to their own vision. And no matter how many times you come back doubting whether you made the right choice, or maybe everything again, I never felt that Alvina was in a hurry or otherwise made it clear that she was tired of discussing the same thing over and over again. I sincerely recommend her ❤️
It's a shame that the consultants lack simple courtesy, a smile and a willingness to help. I came to choose tiles, flooring, absolutely everything for the bathroom for a newly built house, but even though I found materials I liked, I left - I won't give my money to such businesses, probably the customer would get more attention at Depo. There were probably 4 consultants, 2 women pretended not to see me (they couldn't even say hello), the other 2 consultants were snacking and chatting. Well, good luck with this attitude towards the client, I'll look for materials elsewhere 😊
Good store, unfortunately a lot depends on the staff working there. I was unlucky with the company manager Gintaras. I needed a bathtub faucet and pretty quickly, because the one I had in the shower started to break. I looked at the Iris shower faucet, but they didn't have any left in stock. So since the end of August I've been waiting for a call from Mr. Gintaras to see if I could buy the selected product. I went to the store and talked to the employee 2 times and called him just as many times, I kept getting a promise that he would figure it out and call me back. I'm waiting... I'd probably live on his promises until Christmas.
No one came and for about 15 minutes they didn't ask what we were looking for, then we called the number provided to call the seller, but we still didn't get anything. I think this is very unreliable, because we had looked at the product (carpet), but had to leave very disappointed.
