We were very disappointed with the services of this company. From the very beginning, the communication was disrespectful - especially with my parents. Instead of taking responsibility for the poor quality of the work, the blame was placed on us, even though they provided the service. The owner of the company is arrogant, unable to communicate politely and professionally with customers, completely lacking in business ethics. It is very difficult to find a common language or calmly resolve issues. Unfortunately, it seems that there is also a lack of competence - the work was done poorly, and the handling of problems only complicated the situation. We definitely do not recommend this company if you expect quality services and a respectful attitude towards the customer.
They are never in the store during the stated opening hours, never... They don't respond to emails. They communicate rudely, you have to demand and beg for the ordered goods before you can pick them up... It's kind of horrible.
