High quality products
Avoid this company as much as possible! I do not recommend it!!! I am glad that we only had one door made by them for our house, so now we can't live without it. They made the doors for a very long time. I had to constantly call and remind them about myself. They promised to do it by a certain date, then when we called on that date, it turned out that it had not been made yet. Finally, we received the doors. They do not install doors. Which we only found out after ordering the doors. Therefore, we had to hire someone to take the doors from them and install them. Unfortunately, when we returned home and saw the long-awaited doors, we were unpleasantly surprised. The black stripes on the black doors were glued to the glass with white glue and that glue is visible from all sides and spoils the whole picture. We contacted the company. The company manager justified himself by saying that he was not there when the doors were being made, so the employees made them poorly. So, if the manager does not stand behind the employees, you will not get high-quality doors. We didn't get any "sorry", we just got an order in an unpleasant tone to dismantle the door, bring it back and they'll fix it. Okay, so we did. We called the person who removed the door and took it away again. A few days passed, and we didn't hear anything from the company. I called to ask when we could expect the doors. The answer was that they definitely wouldn't stop the production of our doors and maybe we'd get the doors in 8 weeks, because they have that right. There were also many disrespectful words and statements that we came up with a stupid door here, and a very disrespectful and unpleasant tone. They said they would inform me two days ago. And I'll just emphasize that I talked to the company manager. I would be afraid to even call the employees of that company if the manager has such an attitude towards customers. The story continues: after posting the same assessment on the company's Facebook account, I received an apology and assurance that I definitely wouldn't have to wait 8 weeks. However, I also received a threat from the company manager, through other people, that they would sue me for writing the truth and that it would take even longer to fix the door for us. When I wrote about it on Facebook, they hid everything, but they won't hide it here.
