Classy.
The gym has gone downhill since changing from VS Gym to Gym+. You must scan fingerprint to enter the gym and gain locker access, this is the same as it was for VS Gym, but now it takes about 4 times as long for the fingerprint to register with their system and many times it will say fingerprint not read. Also sometimes now the system will pick a locker for you and the locker will click and sound like it opens but it does not. This is not fun when leaving the shower or being short on time to return to work. Additionally, let's hope you don't need to call the hotline for anything. It might be hours before you reach someone. Last week there was an issue with getting out through the turnstile and I got stuck inside the gym for over 50 minutes while calling the hotline, waiting on hold, and then the system hangs up the phone. I finally had someone answer and got into my car after almost one hour. Additionally many cable machines are now improperly adjusted or broken and 8 out of the 16 available treadmills are placed out of operation.Unacceptable. Get better Gym+, you can do much better.
It's not a bad gym, but the scummy tactics they use for new goers and the fact you HAVE TO get a 1 year subscription for it to even be cheaper Is a bit bad
Very bad experience. By they internal rules all memberships lasts for a year. Mine was took from previous club. What is absurd that after payment they need 3 working days to see the it and activate in the system! In 2024, really…?
Terrible. Every week the lockers or the access Doors stop working. When It was VS Express everything worked fine. Since Gym+ took over It is a Mess, sometimes you get out of the shower and you can not open the locker and you need to call and wait all wet. Bad experience, I wish It was VS Express again
