The level of service is the lowest, the men are not knowledgeable at all and do not want to advise.
Everything is fine with the company. I was not disappointed with the products and prices. But the manager needs to work with the employees in Šiauliai. How can they serve you in a nice, proper way when you seem to be sitting there under duress? Man, I don't like working there, it's not others' fault. Change jobs or change your attitude.
We went to buy a gas boiler because the old one had already expired. Clean, tidy, pleasant communication. I liked it. I recommend stopping by. Also, when buying the product, you get a five-year warranty!🙂
It's kind of strange when you buy the same product cheaper through another company and then drive back to Vilpra to pick it up.
