Their sales department went above and beyond to help me understand the purchase that I was making and also explain the different types of build options and fabrics that were available. I paid a 50% deposit and then my project was put into their manufacturing pipeline. It took about 2.5 months for the entire process from the first discussion to delivery. For the type of order I placed, I found this acceptable. They also arranged delivery to my home in the Netherlands for a completely reasonable fee. If you are looking to purchase a custom ROM1961 couch anywhere in the EU, I can highly recommend Alarus. Top notch customer service and a competitive product line sold by a competent and honest sales department who values a happy customer more than up-selling exotic fabrics or bogus extended warranties.
