My last visit here. After submitting an item for repair (cost 5€), I haven't received a call for the first time. The last one was a kettle. After not receiving any news for three weeks, I thought that I had written down the phone number incorrectly. I drove away. The repairman who was repairing it was not there, and his colleague promised to call the next day. After almost two months, after going to the repair shop, they handed me the kettle, saying that I couldn't fix it. I wonder when they were planning to inform me about this?... Car key production is one and a half times more expensive than elsewhere. Raktai+ looks completely unserious...
