This firm, specifically G. Šatienė, caused very significant damage by performing notarial actions, which essentially violated/falsified the agreement and expressed will of the sellers and buyers. Justice was restored by the court, this so-called notary did not compensate for the damage in any way, it turns out that she is not even a notary... She herself participated in the court and writes in her response that she does not know what she is talking about. We will have to ask the Minister of Justice of the Republic of Lithuania Rimantas Mockaus to find out for himself and explain it to her.
Very poor communication! Seems that all these ladies working in there are not enjoying them jobs at all, working process is super slow, not responding to the emails. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!
