I would like to share my family’s experience, which raised some questions for us and made us be more careful in the future. About two years ago, our grandfather used the services of this agency to sell his property in Šiauliai. According to his story, during the cooperation, he voluntarily transferred an additional large amount of money to the broker, hoping that this would have a positive impact on the faster process. As far as we know, this payment was not included in any official agreements or documents. Also, according to the grandfather, it was made as a personal agreement. We do not have the opportunity to verify all the circumstances of this situation or provide additional evidence, so in this case we can only rely on what was told to us. However, this experience raised questions for us about the transparency and clarity of the cooperation process. The property sale process itself was carried out, but this situation left an ambiguous impression, especially considering the experience and attitude of an elderly person. The purpose of this feedback is to share our experience and encourage other customers to clearly document all agreements in writing and avoid any informal payments.
