I don't know what in life I've disappointed the director (as I understand it, I communicated with him), but he's bad at communicating, and the roof was promised in 2 weeks, but it took almost a month. Finally, I'll attach a few photos that I took in the evening when I was lifting the roof covering for fixing, and I saw that about half of the sheets were defective (1 sheet was obviously damaged on the machine or during transportation - the paint was rubbed off in a straight line, and several sheets were folded in the middle). I don't know who performs quality control at your place and whether it is performed at all, but you are intermediaries between the manufacturer and the buyer and you are responsible for this, I will ask you to replace those few sheets and I hope I don't have to wait another month, or I will contact consumer rights. By the way, you received the deposit and I didn't receive any document for the money received, and when I asked to bring the invoice when delivering the goods, the price miraculously increased by 12 euros. Your carrier heard me express my opinion about you and your company's practices.
