Disaster! If you hire them to modernize the green areas of residential areas - I don't want to swear. They cut down a whole block of trees in a day, and hung up a notice that cars cannot be parked in the entire residential area for a week due to tree maintenance! And where to park 1.5 km. I'm driving cars!? There is no strategy, but to do it in parts - we will make a landfill out of the district in a day and then we will gradually shred it for a week, launder money, delay time, and you can live as you want for a week. Oh, I can't!!! Bankruptcy for you or a new administration! Or sober heads, so that they at least know how to communicate when asked.
