They cleaned the sofa wonderfully (after the cat's business), the sofa is like new, no stains, no smell! They cleaned very responsibly, carefully, explained everything, showed it, arrived very quickly, as quickly as they could. We are very grateful, we will contact them again! A very good experience! They arrived quickly, communicated politely, and helped me understand the situation and decide what to do—even when it wasn’t the most beneficial option for the company. They showed the results, and it was great that they had new mattress covers available for replacement right away. I’m giving a 5/5 rating, but I have a few observations from a picky customer: The mattress covers could have handles for easier lifting and be made from slightly more durable material. It would have been nice if they had taken away the used vacuum filters and plastic packaging from the new covers. Maybe even offered to dispose of the old mattress covers for an additional fee.
I needed to urgently replace the mattress cover. The same day, a young and pleasant guy came over and got it done in 15-20 minutes. The mattress looks like new, and I am very pleased with the result! Highly recommend.
