WE DO NOT RECOMMEND We will start with the fact that the company’s representatives communicate rudely and without respect on the phone after the fact. If you are okay with incompetence and being deceived, lied to, called names, and having an improper lock installed, then by all means contact them. On Christmas Eve the multipoint door lock got stuck, we called the company and explained the situation. We were advised to wait until the holiday period was over, because the locksmith who arrived would not be able to buy another lock. When they arrived after the holidays, they installed their own single-point lock without any prior agreement, as a result the top and bottom of the door no longer pressed shut, and they screwed on the cut parts of the lock to cover the openings. We reported the company to consumer rights authorities, because they make promises, lie, and stall for time. Stay as far away as possible. Reply to the owner: On december 24th when the call was made, it was explicetly stated that it is a multipoint lock and the reply from the company was that they couldn't buy it due to the fact that the holiday weekend was coming up. Thus suggested to come on the coming monday. They knew that it was a multipoint lock and nonetheless came in, installed without agreeement the single point lock and then acted nothing less than scammers Stating that the door is misaligned is correct now, as this is the after effect of their single point lock as there no longer multipoint lock hooks that would retract the top, bottom of the door for nearly two months and plastic reacts to cold air, heating sun rays (duh). Standard things from a multipoint lock for a PVC door. The company has left and stopped communication right in the worst time when the temperatures were below -15c to -27c (provable by email chain) All proposals made by the company after two months (yes they responded nearly after two months when the consumer institution contacted them) was essentially a cynical proposal of no guaruantee, a sum which obviously once again includes the arrival fee and a unrproportional pricing for the miniscule work they would have to do. None to mention this is hat they should of done arriving the first time. Currently the case is upheld by the consumer rights authorities, contrary to what the owner is lying about. A proper company would've declined the call if they couldn't oblige the request of a multipoint lock, but not them. In regards to the "name calling". We uploaded a screenshot from rekvizitai.vz.lt, their vitemus page, where a person is stating their worker called them a slur for gays. From the owners comment you can assume that most of the work was done out of the goodness of their heart, but the cost was 262euros. 150euro(+tax) for unlocking the door (good for 5 minutes of work, eh?) and 50euros(+tax) for a lock that we didn't ask for, nor agreed upon. Don't trust these scammers

Don't expect good customer service, but they do their job.

Very fast and efficient. Produced 3 keys within 5 minutes and they're all working fine.

Staff is super nice, we called after closing hours and they let us buy a new lock cylinder even though they were closed. They were also the only ones in Vilnius that had a round lock cylinder readily available.
