A serious and professional company.
Every day from morning until evening, the fire alarms in all the buildings in Paupis have been going off for months. They can't fix it. Darn seems to be indifferent, as long as he sells the apartment and that's it.
For many years, they have been unable to fix their own problems, balconies are leaking, and water is leaking from the ceiling in the parking lot.
This property management company has lots of ongoing projects throughout the country. However I asked them about a site near us under construction but they wouldn't tell me if it was a business park, residential area, or a commercial outlet. But as it develops it seems clearly a military facility due for completion in the fall.
The tiles on the facade are starting to fall off, although some of the apartments were sold recently, no one has been cleaning them for years. The heating they installed in our apartment has already broken down. We were left without heating in the winter. No one has solved the problem in more than a month. All that's left is to clean it up yourself. Here's a guarantee for you.
