I did not like it, so I DO NOT RECOMMEND having anything to do with the surveyor Tatjana Vakulskienė from "Capital matininkai". The broker from "Capital", who is selling the house I built, recommended this surveyor to take measurements of the house, get the house file and register it. On November 19, 2021, during the meeting, I paid Tatjana Vakulskienė 200 EUR, because she asked for the money immediately. She did not give any receipt for the money, and did not send an invoice. On the same day, the surveyor was in the house I built and took measurements and promised to send the file home. I immediately contacted a geodesist from the same company to take measurements of the plot. A week later, the geodesist completed the work and gave me the registered plot file. I tried to call the surveyor for 3 days and only on the 4th day did it work and she said that she would send the file home soon and disappeared again. Later, when I tried to call her again, she didn't pick up the phone. A month later, when I had already complained to the broker, on December 21st, the surveyor herself called me and sent me a file home the next day. But it turns out that there is still an old garden building on the plot that needs to be deregistered. The surveyor asked for an additional 200 euros for deregistration. I agreed and on December 22nd, I sent her all the necessary information (permit, plans, etc.). And again the surveyor disappeared and so far no news.
