I saw an apartment for sale and contacted Home Deals the same day for a viewing. Although I mentioned that I could view it the same day or the next day, I was offered a time in two days. The next day, the broker informed me by phone that the apartment was already reserved and the buyers had paid an advance, so the viewing would not take place. Personally, I was disappointed because I did not get the opportunity to view the apartment or submit my offer. In my opinion, this situation was not favorable for potential buyers.
