I am quite disappointed with the approach of this property management company. When I expressed interest in renting an apartment, they informed me of a mandatory, non-negotiable fee of €250-€300 for services I never even requested. When I tried to discuss lowering the fee or adjusting the rent accordingly, I was bluntly told, "If you don't like it, don't take it." Moreover, even after paying a deposit, there's a risk they might rent the apartment to someone else if you plan to move in later. When I inquired about paying the deposit now and moving in later this month, they informed me that there's no guarantee I'd get the apartment if they find another tenant in the meantime. Essentially, there's no guarantee that paying the deposit secures the apartment. Regarding maintenance issues, they require you to prove that it's not your fault before addressing any repairs. This is quite frustrating and reflects poorly on their customer service. Overall, I would caution others to think twice before dealing with this company due to their lack of professionalism and customer care.

Today I called to see a flat and the agent asked me where I am from since we had to speak in English and after I told him he said he will call me back, out of the blue. I wouldn't recommend the agent or agency. Why the discrimination if you dont know me as a person?
