Feedback on MB Domero services – disappointment and unfair attitude I want to share my unpleasant experience with the loading services company MB Domero. We had agreed in advance on clear terms – 60 euros per hour for loading work. The work was completed in less than 3 hours, but after the work was completed, the employee stated that he was “in a big hurry”, so he believes that his work was worth paying for even 5 hours. Such an excuse seemed completely unacceptable to me. If an hourly rate was agreed upon, it is natural that payment is made for the time actually worked, and not for the subjective impression of “difficulty” or “value”. I felt cheated and forced to pay more than we had agreed. Such practice shows unprofessionalism and an unethical attitude towards the client. I would also like to note that in a hurry I made a transfer to the employee’s personal account, which he indicated because he did not want to issue a VAT invoice. I asked for a refund for the unfairly charged portion, but so far I have not received a response or refund. I recommend choosing this company carefully and be sure to record all terms in writing to avoid misunderstandings.

I am very glad that I chose this company to move office furniture. The work was done smoothly and professionally. I would especially like to thank Dominik and Algis - punctual, careful with furniture, very pleasant in communication. The whole process went without any problems, you could feel their experience in this activity and attention to every detail. In addition, the price-quality ratio is excellent. I definitely recommend it!
