I purchased a camera and have been really impressed with the video quality for the price I paid. However, I did experience some issues with the microphone and camera settings. Luckily, the service team was always quick to respond and very helpful in resolving my issues. The team members were kind, professional, and provided excellent customer service. Overall, I'm very satisfied with my experience and would definitely recommend this store to anyone in the market for a camera.
Poor service so far. I purchased a complete system from this company 4 x cameras recording equipment etc. The App that comes with it to view the cameras remotely only works sometimes. They have also sold me second hand goods as new ones. I have complained and asked for a refund but they don't seem interested. I wonder if they will contact me and treat me as a paying customer or just take my money and run ? Obviously a long time since I wrote the first review and I had completely forgotten about it. In response to the owners answer and to be fair to the company. They did give me advice and help with my connection. The app at the time was terrible lots of people where complaining about it, but it's since been improved. The power supply they sold me had been repaired and was not new but they did eventually replace it. So not too bad an experience in the end, so I would recommend them to anyone thinking about buying CCTV.
