Unfair high prices for plastic door handle. A basic plastic door handle that costs around 2 € at Senukai or Ermitažas (even on weekends) is sold here for 18 €, which is 800% more expensive. This is not a matter of convenience or timing, it is simple price comparison. Customers have the right to point out unjustified markups. Writing an honest review about an overpriced product is not “shameful”; overpricing basic plastic hardware by 800% is.
I recommend Hiperionas. They have demonstrated great customer care and high quality service. Our case what far from to be standard but Sergey and his team did everything fast. And they left the place in a very clean condition.
Provided services were of great quality. I had a problem with aluminum balcony frames that no company would agree to fix. The fittings were broken on the balcony door, and there were gaps between windows and walls, causing the cold wind to blow inside. Hiperionas provided all required replacement services and adjustments. The engineer was very careful and precise. Everything was fixed in 2 days. I had to wait for available engineer for several weeks, but it was caused by high demand. I was assured that there is no need to worry, and eventually all services were delivered. All in all it was worth the wait.
Do not use the Hiperionas consultants as they said our door would fit and all would be okay but he was not clear and it didnt fit correctly, find somebody else. Our door was fitted by someone Hiperionas recommended and they done a horrible job, gaps & damaged our facade we will have to spend hundreds to fix it. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY !!!!
Once the door was sold the company walks away from their client ignoring multiple emails. I never knew this customer service was expected In 2022 The door was installed by russian only speakers and nobody in our house spoke russian it was installed very poorly 30mm gaps and holes into the house also damaging the outside of the house which will costs €1000s to replace the door and fix the damage. We should of read the reviews and found a more reputable company. Shocking
