The person on the phone told me to bring the record player to inspect and repair. I took time off from work, drove all the way from Diemen, arrived there on Friday at 14.00 and there was a paper with “We are to busy, we don t take more items to fix, we are closed” Ridiculous!
A wonderful man, after 6 months of not being able to play records he diagnosed the problem in ten minutes (I had attempted rather a lot by this point) and had our record player playing beautifully again. Highly recommended for any hifi component you need fixed, or adjusted.
I came here because of the reviews.....they are right! I wanted to fix a lamp and the guy fixed it right away...the issue wasnt big but still. Another store was charging me a ridiculous price typical of many places in Amsterdam and he charged me 5 times less which was on par, I thought, with what the issue required. Come here. Dont go anywhere else.
