My partner and I had a good experience even though our dishwasher didn't get fixed in the end. The technicians inspected our dishwasher multiple times, and after several attempts to fix it, the problem remained. We would like to stress that the latter has nothing to do with their competence, they are very skilled technicians. We requested a partial refund and we got it within one working day. We were very happy with the way it was handled and recommend their services.
