My washer repair went so good. From the begining till the end was everything very clear. Price value is perfect.
Very good service.
Service repairman tried to overcharge me. Said the card machine wasn’t working to pay and to go to ATM, and said price of visit with no repair just diagnosis was 80 euros. I called with the office to double check and they said it is actually 70 euros for just diagnosis. Very unprofessional and sketchy. My appointment was 06.08.2025
Consider carefully how to go about their service. I read from many mixed reviews here that the back office operations (Whatsapp/call availability, speediness of available mechanics, etc.) is great and friendly but it really depends which technician you get to do your job in the field. In my case I called for a pumping issue which was due to a broken/weak pump. The mechanic comes and checks for 20mins, then says PIN machine/Tikkie is not working, so gave him the standard fee in cash - already unconventional but often done in the industry. No problem. Then proposed to replace the entire dishwasher because of the broken part and "specific dimensions" of my model. To my irritation, the email offer I got proposed a cheap, way too small model which I turned down. After getting a second opinion on it from a different company, turns out the first technician took the pump with him without replacing it. In my opinion, it looked like a scrappy sell to swap for the premium dishwasher model to resell on second-hand market. Dishwasher could be repaired by 2nd company after all for considerable fee. Pretty frustrating experience even for expats who speak Dutch. Small weaknesses like that will be exploited. 2 stars for the confusing, inappropriate service. Just go with your gut-feeling.
Extremely unprofessional and almost a scam in the way they handle issues. To be clear, my review is not about them being unable to fix the dishwasher—that I can understand. Here’s what happened: when I called them to check the problem, I specifically described the issue as " The eco light keeps flashing. Then we close the door. It looks like water is being tried to be pumped out, but there is no water in the dishwasher. The dishwasher is otherwise completely dry.” The technician arrived, saw the blinking light, and immediately diagnosed the problem as "the panel with the lights needs to be replaced." Of course, he couldn’t replace it because he did not have the part. He did not check anything else. From my email to them, if they were serious and professional, they could have told me from the beginning that a blinking light means the panel needs replacing. Then came the story about the dishwasher in the car and how any other solution would have been more complicated and expensive for me. He tried hard to sell me the dishwasher in the car. I paid 75 euros clearly stated in the T&Cs, which I had agreed to. It’s not about the money, but the whole process felt like a scam! My advice do not contact them unless you want to buy the dishwasher in their cars!
