Our experience with mortgage advisor Tomislav Magas has unfortunately been very disappointing. From the beginning, communication was poor: he was difficult to reach and often responded late or not at all. In addition, several promises and agreements were not followed through, which led to ongoing uncertainty, frustration, and unnecessary stress throughout the process. Instead of clear and proactive guidance, we constantly had to chase information ourselves. Ultimately, this not only resulted in a very unpleasant experience, but also left us tied to a contract despite having completely lost confidence in the service provided. Tomislav also appears to be a very inexperienced mortgage advisor, which unfortunately became increasingly evident during the process.<br>In hindsight, we are not the only ones with these concerns. After sharing our experience on a joint Facebook page, we received multiple similar responses from others describing comparable situations. This sadly confirms a worrying pattern.

We are extremely disappointed. My partner visited this company based on a colleague’s recommendation. Despite multiple attempts to reach them by phone, no one answered, and we never received a callback. Direct communication with anyone appears to be impossible. This complete lack of accessibility and disregard for customer service is unacceptable and highly unprofessional.

I wish Sezer sold everything so I could just buy it from him and his team! He is very proactive and gets stuff done.<br><br>In a property financing market focused on box-ticking, Sezer made it possible for us to get a mortgage as expats. Beware that if you are 'outside the box' in any way, Dutch banks will not lend you money. I don't know who lives in the same place and works the same job for 30 years, but it will certainly never be me!<br><br>Sezer understood this well and gathered the necessary evidence to get our mortgage approved swiftly. The time pressure was on, yet Sezer kept his cool and was our North Star all the way to successfully getting the keys.<br><br>The follow-on services were hugely useful also to setup energy, wifi, water, mobile phones and tax with professional support. Took all the stress away when we were tired already from planning the move.<br><br>Really excellent service, cannot recommend highly enough, and I will be going back to Mister Mortgage for all my future property finance needs.
