Azra Home Collection – Flooring & Curtains Amsterdam

I advise everyone not to buy your flooring here! Unfortunately, they do not install good floors at all, and service is definitely not included either. I will explain why. I purchased PVC flooring for two floors and a stair renovation, and initially, it looked good. After a short time, several bulges became visible in the floor. I called, and someone came by. This gentleman stated that there was certainly no moisture in the floor, as this had been checked. The first story was that the floors would start to shift. He opened one PVC floor and measured the moisture content, and guess what: the moisture content was much too high. So his initial assumption was already wrong. After that, there were more excuses. Residual moisture coming up because the sand cement had been laid. Well, that isn't right either, because the sand cement was laid months in advance. I discussed this with the construction workers as well. I just indicated that I would call Azra regarding the warranty. Azra does not offer warranties at all! They simply act as if nothing is wrong. I ordered PVC flooring for two floors, but there is zero service from Azra. They really just leave you in the lurch once the floor is laid, and you have to figure the rest out yourself. I ended up having to pay for it myself. So, my stair renovation was also carried out by Azra. One day, two men showed up unannounced at the door for the stairs. I indicated that I hadn't agreed on a date yet. Well, they said it would be fixed in 3 to 4 hours. Fine, I said, and you can start. They ended up spending 10 hours on just one staircase! We had other plans and had to cancel them. It was also freezing cold in the house because the underfloor heating couldn't be turned on yet (it was November), but we had to stay there anyway. When they were finished, the man said: your door is crooked, shall we straighten it together? That will be done in no time. Fine, I thought, nice of him to offer. The door has been installed better in the frame. However, that man hadn't washed his hands properly, causing glue stains on the door. These have damaged the door, and the stains won't come off. After reporting this to Azra, they stated that they work with freelancers and are not responsible for it. After messaging the man multiple times and making arrangements for him to come and take a look, he isn't responding at all. We had to buy a new door. My advice is to please go to a place that actually provides good service and skip Azra! They take absolutely no responsibility and do nothing about your complaints.

I bought a pvc click floor and it landed beautifully in our new apartment. It was a pleasure to have the assistance of Bedir! He was very professional, helpful and friendly. It made the experience of arranging a new home smooth going. Highly recommend!

I am very satisfied with Azra Home. They came to my home to take all the measurements and immediately brought a nice selection of colors and fabrics with them, which made choosing very easy. The communication was friendly and professional from the start. Ultimately, I ordered my blinds and pleated curtains here, and everything was delivered perfectly and installed neatly. The quality is top-notch and the service was truly excellent. Highly recommended!

I am so happy with my new curtains and in between curtains. Not only was the service incredibly fast and transparent, (they took 1 week to make my curtains and deliver them), but the quality is incredible. Anyone who has come to my new house always compliment the curtains - by saying how luxurious they look! Im so happy with them and the level of service - that I am going back soon to get more curtains and also carpet for my stairs! I would recommend always check out Azra before anywhere else as they are reasonable too, they wont charge crazy prices. My curtains were 6.5 metres long and the price was extremely reasonable especially for the high quality I got!! Thank you all! See you soon

I first came across with Azra through Google reviews when I was looking for places to buy curtains and I was surprised with the amount of positive feedback. My experience with them was great. Patient and attentive professionals, excellent variety of quality fabrics and wooden blinds for a good price and the delivery was super fast.
