Sufficient job as far as the installation of marmoleum flooring is concerned. Very disappointing on the other hand the skirting, which appears characterized by non professional finish. They did not act at all on the floor leveling and did not even try to conceal irregularities. For more than 10000 euros per 65m2 one could expect more.
I have been a client for many years, but unfortunately the last time I asked for something and questioned why this was not up to the standard I was expecting, I got a very rude response for no reason. The people simply feel like that they can express their bad day to the client. Thus, I will stop being a client from now on.
I ordered gliders for my I-shaped curtain tracks, having struggled to find the specific type needed in other shops. They arrived almost immediately and fit perfectly. Clear communications throughout the process. Very happy with the results!
Only ordered one item but the service was fast and convenient. The only little less positive is that iDeal was not proposed at checkout so I had to fallback to the standard transfer. Minor inconvenience though.
Friendly service and support during the decision making of what curtains we need and want. Plenty of options available in the store. We could even bring the ones we like home to try with our furniture. After some months we received them and the people who installed the curtains were very fast and friendly.
