I ordered four acoustic panels for €789.75. For this price, you expect a high-quality finish. During unpacking and installation, I noticed the quality was disappointing. Several corners were cut crookedly, some slats didn't fit neatly, and one gold slat was loose upon delivery, so I had to reattach it myself. That's not what I expect in this price range. What makes it even more disappointing is how my complaint was handled. Despite clear photos and explanations, no compensation was offered. This makes me feel like customer satisfaction isn't a priority once the sale is finalized. The panels are now installed and functioning acoustically, but in my opinion, neither the finish nor the service are commensurate with the price.
This is a great example for many companies! Perfect service from start to finish, and compliments to the mechanic, Martijn, who was incredibly enthusiastic and delivered meticulous work.

Top-notch company! We ordered a standard door and a large sliding door for our stairs. Both experiences were excellent. Both the measurements and installation went like clockwork. You can clearly see that this company has thought everything through down to the last detail. Friendly, enthusiastic installers and advisors who genuinely think along with you. Everything is measured down to the millimeter and neatly installed. The installers are well-trained and even place their toolboxes on a mat to protect your floor. It's the little details that make it a great experience. They also offer excellent service. A door that was slightly rubbing against the frame was neatly resolved within a few days by an equally friendly installer! I highly recommend purchasing from this company! Of course, everything comes with a price tag, but you shouldn't overlook that; you get something beautiful in return.
"Gewoon Gers" (Simply Gers), simply good. As ordinary as it sounds, the service we experienced was exceptional. The end result was beautiful. The entire process, from showroom to delivery, was perfectly managed. A fantastic final result. A company you enjoy doing business with and are even proud to be a customer of. Highly recommended. Perhaps not the cheapest, but the unparalleled service and communication are 100% worth it.
