Good service and quality laminate I also received a laminate cleaning product as gift 👌
Fast and reliable service. The order was processed quickly, delivery arrived on time, and everything was well organized. We also had to return part of the order, and the return process was smooth and hassle-free. Overall, a very positive experience.
From the very first step of the purchasing process to the final stage of floor delivery – everything was simply excellent. The service was pleasant, professional, and provided with great patience and a smile. The prices are great, and the flooring delivered was of very high quality. Even when a small issue arose, it was resolved quickly and in the most professional manner, with outstanding customer service. Highly recommended – a store you can truly rely on! I will definitely be buying here again.
Floor sales: 4/5 Installation service: 1/5 Aftersales service: 1/5 Overall: You can probably buy the products here, but do not use the installation service here. I recently bought floor and used floor installation, but the overall experience was very disappointing. Only a few days after the installation, the skirting boards started to come loose, which shouldn't happen in such a short time. I also requested the flooring to be placed under the stairs, but the installer refused, claiming the space was too difficult to access. However, as someone 165cm tall, my friend can comfortably stand in that area — it was clearly possible if they had been willing to make the effort. When I raised these issues with the company, they refused to take any responsibility. They insisted that both the loose skirting boards and the decision not to place flooring under the stairs were the client's own responsibility, which I find completely unacceptable. The attitude towards customer feedback was very unprofessional and far from positive. I expected much better service, both in terms of workmanship and customer care, and would not recommend this company. .......... reply to owner's reply: I have to say you are good at confusing people, I mentioned the under stair place was rejected by the floor guy by the reason "difficult to get access", now you make up the excuse "unflat place" which was never mentioned by anyone. If this place was unflatt, why did the floor guy place half floor there (you also replied to me in the text that you were happy this guy placed this place for me, so you mean you were happy he placed unflat place for me?). And another question is why "he left only the edge not done, your floor guy excuse for rejecting to do is that he did not do edge/floor for difficult place. Now you make up this unflat place as an excuse. I can accept your explanations of loosing skirting board. But the way you make up stories is not acceptable. Please make sure you use same excuse before and now. Tbh, I did not expect you to do anything extra, I arranged the constructor to fix it by myself, why I contacted you was to check why the guy rejected to place floor in easy place (but he said difficult) and left the edge not done, but your defending attitude and changing words ability to confuse people are not professional but very disappointing. Hope you have at least a channel to openly and honestly discuss about problems happened to clients, not only focusing on making up different excuses to prove you are right. Also hope you can pay more attention on what your floor guy did not do well, not only on what he did well, this is very basic work and I paid for that.
From the first encounter with one of the owners to chatting with the installers, I had a great experience. They want to do good work and love to see people enjoy their homes, it's very clear. Thanks for being part of my new home journey, I'm so grateful for our collaboration.
