AtotZ Construction Renovation

Ruim een jaar geleden hebben Tassos en Konstantinos van AtotZ Constructions onze badkamer verbouwd en alles ziet er nog steeds top uit!<br><br>Het was geen makkelijke verbouwing omdat bij een eerdere verbouwing er al een stuk bij de badkamer was getrokken. Tassos en Konstantinos hebben er een eenheid van gemaakt en alles is nu één strak geheel.<br><br>De communicatie was ook erg goed, ze legden uit wat de mogelijkheden waren en samen kwamen we tot de juiste oplossingen.

Anastasios, Konstantinos and the rest of their team helped me with the complete renovation of my apartment and they did a fantastic job that went beyond my expectations. They did everything from demolishing and rebuilding walls, plastering, painting, electrical works, fitting and installing new doors and frames, kitchen prep and installing a new floor, bathroom and toilet. Everything with a keen eye for detail and delivering quality results. They kept me updated about everything during the whole process and were more than happy to give me advice and recommendations along the way, which was greatly appreciated. Moreover, they are genuinely friendly and trustworthy people that were just a total pleasure to deal with. I am happy our paths crossed and I would gladly recommend them to anyone.

I have hired this crew for everything from a full house renovation to kitchen and bath remodels and minor repairs. Very professional work and everything was kept according to the schedule. We contracted the company for wall plastering and painting. They used good materials and quality paint. A minor defect that we discovered was quickly resolved the day after.

We worked with Kostas and his team for our new apartment after our friends recommended their team. We were impressed with the professional communication and work. All deadlines we agreed on were met (they finished even earlier by a few days!) and the products they used were very good quality too.<br>I can't recommend them enough!! 5 stars!

If you are looking for a team to carry out a complete renovation of your apartment, including painting, installing a new floor, and renovating your toilet or bathroom, you can't go wrong with AtotZ. I contacted them because of a friend´s recommendation, and after a call, we arranged a visit to my home to discuss my requirements. In my case, it was a complete renovation: demolishing the existing kitchen, changing the floor and installing underfloor heating, painting the entire apartment, moving a wall in the living room, updating the electrical system, replacing the doors, and renovating the toilet and bathroom.<br>Within two months, the entire project was completed. They supported me throughout the process and provided recommendations on where to buy the materials, sometimes even purchasing them on my behalf. The quality of their work is outstanding, and the team feels like family—trustworthy people, which was very important to me.<br>In the pictures, you can see the work. Here is my overall kitchen renovation experience with Anastasios, Kostas and Adonis:The initial conversations were clear and Anastasios explained all the work to be done in detail and answered all the questions. He also guided me which container to get, the process to get the permit and which items to be purchased. The communication was clear and solid from the very beginning and it remained solid throughout the renovation process. The work was very well done and right on time. It was overall extremely professional yet friendly experience, and I loved it. I definitely recommend them to anyone who wants a smooth, straight-forward and no-bullshit experience.
