Every detail was finished with care, and the final result looks beautiful. The team was so hard working. Tommy also brought great design ideas to the project and was flexible whenever we wanted to make adjustments along the way, always finding practical solutions without compromising quality. The project was done first time right, with little left on the punchlist at the end. They even had a great cleaning service who made our space move in ready.<br><br>We basically renovated the entire apartment from floors, to bathrooms, to electrical, to kitchen, to moving walls. The project was completed on time with outstanding craftsmanship. I first worked with Tommy and team for my full home renovation back in 2020-21. I worked with them a couple of times since then to troubleshoot and fix issues in the bathroom and then again this year for a full floor sanding and some carpentry additions.<br><br>The team is fast, efficient and yet has an attention to detail and quality. They were also proactive in spotting some potential plumbing improvements while doing the carpentry but made sure to check in with me before starting the extra work. Highly recommend!

We did a complete bathroom and toilet renovation with Tommy's Service, towards the end of 2025. They were very attentive to all our requests and the attention to detail during the design and building was amazing. I had a small renovation done to my downstairs basement and they turned it into a full blown, sound-insulated comfy studio-work area. It only took one worker (Sasha) a couple days to do all the work. He was very friendly and did a great job. They were always very clear about their approach and always listened to my concerns. They always kept very good communication which is hard to find! Overall I'm very happy with the work and would def recommend to anyone looking for renovations

Tommy’s completely redid my toilet room as well as much of my kitchen. They were on time and on budget, but equally important, the quality of the work and the attention to detail were top notch. Moreover, they made it possible for me to keep living in my flat during the renovation - cleaning and reinstalling the toilet each day. The team were wonderful about reusing materials that I wanted to re-use, and they gave great suggestions as we went. And they were really great about managing around my crazy calendar.
