The cleaners were very friendly and overall did a good job. The apartment was noticeably cleaner after the service, and I appreciate their effort and professionalism during the appointment. However, considering the price, my expectations were higher when it came to the finishing details. There were still some limescale on the shower head, slight grime, and small spots of mold in bathroom corners that I ended up cleaning myself afterward with limescale and mold remover products. Overall, the service was good, but not quite at the “professional-grade” level I expected for the price paid.

STAEDEAN hired Lotos Clean to deep clean our office space. we were very impressed with their ability to get the stains out of the carpets and upholstery. Being in a busy office space, coffee spills are a frequent occurence, but Lotos Clean removed the stains and the carpets look better than ever. Communication from the beginning was great. We will definitely be calling them back again for our next deep clean!

Incredible service by a very responsive, accommodating and professional team! We had to arrange last minute move-out clean remotely from abroad and thanks to the super flexible team who responded immediately on a Sunday and got us an appointment early next morning! The team provided transparent and worry-free service with their own equipment and eco friendly product. The cleaning result was excellent and the team took plenty pictures to provide assurance that every corner is taken best care of which is a great relief for me being abroad. Definitely worth the money and consideration!
