Mel Interiors - Interior Design and Concept Store - Amsterdam

Als aannemer werk ik al jaren heel prettig samen met Mel Interiors. Altijd mooie, duidelijke en perfect uitgewerkte tekeningen. Ze denken prettig mee in het proces. Als er onvoorziene situaties ontstaan komen we altijd snel gezamenlijk tot een goede oplossing. Fijne communicatie, korte lijnen en gewoon een betrouwbare partij om mee te werken.

Client of me used this studio for there bathroom design. As a contractor I have not met such a sloppy design studio. Bad communication, missing tiles, incomplete water taps, late deliveries of items and shitty excuses for when things go south. Looks like this studio is all about the looks and instagram game. But has actually no technical experience or respect for the process and client. Things will be different if you are an influencer...

We had a great experience collaborating with Marília Callou from Mel Interiors. Right from the start, there was an immediate click with Marília and we enjoyed chatting about our future home that was still in construction phase. Marília provided continuous support throughout our project and the outcome was a beautiful interior that perfectly captured our style. A calm Nordic ambiance with warmth of Japandi and a blend of statement pieces from the countries we've lived in. We highly recommend Marília for her exceptional design skills, collaborative approach, and the thoughtful finishing touches that make a house feel like a home.<br><br>Marília excelled in collecting input from both my husband and me, ensuring a balanced and harmonious design. Her flexibility and availability during unexpected changes in our kitchen planning demonstrated true professionalism.<br><br>We also loved the "treasure trove" decoration at the end, which added a delightful touch to our space. Marília's availability to advise alternatives in the furniture selection showcased her attention to detail and dedication to meeting our preferences.

Fantastic service for interior design! It's amazing to have a house that reflects my wishes and personality. Elayne and Marilia are very attentive and curate amazing, stylish items, without forgetting special touches and details. They give wonderful tips on how to improve spaces, even small ones! We zijn terecht gekomen bij Mel interiors, via hun een houten visgraat vloer besteld.<br>Bij de bestelling zelf ging het al helemaal mis, moesten toen zelf met de directe verkoper contact opnemen om het toch recht te trekken.<br>Uiteindelijk de vloer binnen gekregen, Elayne heeft ons toen een vloerenlegger geadviseerd. Wij hebben zijn gegevens gekregen en met hem afgesproken.<br>Hij heeft meer dan 1 week over het leggen van een vloer gedaan van 40m2.<br>Hij is op de laatste dag nog zonder wat te zeggen vertrokken, met nota bene onze huissleutel! Telefonisch kregen wij hem ook niet te pakken.<br>Elayne gesproken en die wist opeens niets meer van hem en beweerde hem nooit geadviseerd te hebben!<br>Het allerergste van allemaal is dat hij onze vloer overal heeft beschadigd. Mel interiors wilde hier niets van weten, we hadden een schreeuwende Elayne aan de lijn die uiteindelijk zo in ons oor op heeft gehangen.<br><br>Ik wil hiermee zeggen dat dit bedrijf 0 empathie heeft, wanneer ze iets verkeerds doen dan dien je het zelf op te lossen. En verder willen ze niks van je weten zodra je betaald hebt. Zeer zeer onprofessioneel, erg jammer!<br><br>ANTWOORD op Mel interiors:<br><br>Zoals eerder aangegeven hebben wij inderdaad enkel en alleen een vloer bij jullie besteld.<br>Wij hebben zelf met Hakwood (na de bestelling) tot een oplossing moeten komen om de vloer op tijd geleverd te krijgen. Mel interiors had toen de optie gegeven om de vloer te annuleren omdat hij niet tijdig binnen zou komen. Sorry Elayne, jij hebt hier helaas niets in betekend. Wij hebben dit zelf moeten regelen.<br>Na de bestelling heb jij inderdaad de contact gegevens van jullie vloerenlegger gegeven, jij hebt hem aan ons geadviseerd dus jij bent degelijk betrokken bij het feit dat wij hem hebben ingeschakeld dankzij jou verkooppraatjes. Het is heel makkelijk voor Elayne om zo haar handen er vanaf te halen wanneer het verkeerd gaat.<br>Telefonisch was het heel makkelijk voor jou te zeggen deze vloeren leggen helemaal niet te kennen en hier niks mee te maken hebben. Ik ben inderdaad aangegeven een review te delen over mijn ervaring met Mel interiors.<br><br>Ik wil nogmaals een ieder waarschuwen voor dit zeer onprofessioneel en klant onvriendelijk bedrijf!
