We were contracted to mr.Karakus who did an absolutely amazing job of taking out our old floor and installing the new one. The quality of the work done was good and he left the place very clean once he was done.

AVOID at all cost! Klusman S. Kartal was late for 75 minutes. The appointment was actually at 8 am, and I asked "can he finish assembling this little cupboard between 8 and 9 because I have my school and have to leave after 9". They accepted but when he was late they denied like they didn't know my school. Then they double lied on that "you asked for klusman to arrive your place around 8 to 9". Though he was even late for that. I had to leave for my mandatory exam. They still charged me full price and even threathened me with extra fees. I contacted them so many times. Everytime they had a different lie. Once it was "no he arrived at 8:50". Then I said I was still home by 8:50, they said "no 8:59", the other time it was "9:00". But I have proof from the call logs that he arrived at 9:15 and closed his fake job like he did something at 9:22. And their policy/ voorwaarden is so confusing and fradulent in a way made to literally deceive the customers or scam them. They charge the full price for anything. I bet the klusman wasn't even in his car yet. But even so they could charge less than the full price, for the time and arrival of the klusman. They also say they are not responsible for the klusman, accidents, this and that, ANYTHING... so if YOU GO CHECK THEIR POLICY, you will immediatly understand HOW FAUL THEY ARE! Also S.Kartal called me again confusing with another customer. If he is too old, or not capable, this is your responsibility!

The assembly itself was well done and everything was installed correctly. I am satisfied with the quality of the work. However, the communication regarding additional costs could be improved. After the service, an extra payment was requested, although these costs had not been clearly communicated or agreed with me in advance. This created confusion and negatively impacted the overall experience, despite the good installation work.

Excellent communication. Men really built the cupboard with efficiency and very quickly. He also put all the cardboard neatly away so that we need not struggle to clean it up. Would absolutely recommend him again and again!

They subcontract anyone and it’s a lottery. In my case for 444 euros charged, the contractor arrived 75minutes late (called me while already 60 minutes late), rushed the assembly of my bathroom cabinet, twisted and damaged my old pipes, bought new pipe not compliant with EU norms, created a leak underneath my cabinet, couldn’t finish the job on time. Klusup offers a 10% compensation for that… 😡 Even 400 euros for half an Ikea cabinet assembled and a leak created isn’t acceptable I used them because I trusted Ikea and wanted my warranty to be applicable. It had been a nightmare from end to end. Save yourself the trouble and use reliable contractors you know. Edit post response: Klusup’s response is dishonest I already explained to them that the leak was discovered the next day by another contractor coming to my home for a different reason and who accepted to put the missing handles on the cabinet (otherwise I cannot use the cabinet!🙄). This is how we discovered the leak at the same time. My original complaint was about the additional price charged on top of the quote agreed. Klusup took 24 hours to reply to my first email, of course I was not waiting days for another response to “give a chance to the contractor” to fix the issue he created in the first place. They copy-pasted an old response they gave me while in the mean time I already clarified all these elements in writing
